to schedule your initial appointment. If for any reason you are transferred to our voice mail system, simply leave your name, phone number, and the best time to call you back. Wewill make every effort to return your phone call as quickly as possible.
Your first visit to our office will take between 30-45minutes. We ask you to show up on time to your first visit. If you are more that 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to re-schedule.
To begin, you will be asked to fill out our New Patient Paperwork. When finished, Dr. Sande will review and go over the paperwork with you. From there, Dr. Sande will make a determination if the reason you are seeking his services are something he will be able to help you with. If so, the next step will be to perform a comprehensive examination to determine the nature of your problem, the area(s) of subluxation (misalignment), and if chiropractic care will be safe for you.
From there, Dr. Sande will set you up for a follow up visit toreview your examination findings, offer his recommendations for chiropractic treatment, go over your financialobligations with you, and discuss appointment scheduling procedures. At that time, if you decide to proceed, you will then receive your first chiropractic adjustment and at-home recommendations.
